Tackling health inequalities in Yorkshire and Humber

So far, £10.6 million has been raised through The Health Lottery in Yorkshire and Humber.

Thanks to this money, 305 local projects have been funded by People’s Health Trust since 2011.

Health Lottery Yorkshire and Humber raises money to help reduce health inequalities across its area. It does this by promoting its own Lottery and working collaboratively with independent charity, People's Health Trust, to develop local interventions.

We donate the good causes funds we raise to People's Health Trust, who invest these in communities wishing to make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.

Thanks to money raised so far, projects such as Gladiators Boxing Academy, Black Health Initiative (BHI) and Shabang Inclusive Learning have all received much-needed support.

Health Lottery Yorkshire and Cumbria has its draws on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout April. Click here to play The Health Lottery.
